Once you have completed the Intensive or Grow Forward Support Package, you have access to join the Quarterly Maintenance Membership. Every 3 months, check in with your nutritional therapy practitioner to stay connected and receive ongoing support and motivation to stay aligned with your hard-earned nutrition and lifesytle accomplishments.

Often, individuals, including me, need an accountability partner to help them stay on track with healthy lifestyle habits. Over time, it is easy to drift off course, fall back into old habits, and become discouraged. A continuous accountability partner helps you stay motivated and on course with your new healthy-living style.
Staying connected with your Nutritional Therapy Practitioner also helps both of you stay up to date on your current health status, allowing for easier assistance if you experience any changes in your health and need any additional guidance.
